Lanzhou City turned on new look

Lanzhou urban construction department revealed on Nov. 15 that from 2001
to 2005, the city has invested more than 8.8 billion yuan (1.1 billion
USD) in the infrastructure construction to create a beautiful city. The
investment scale and development speed achieved historic breakthroughs.
